* Oversee job scoping, outage management, and materials ordering to ensure seamless execution.
* Ensure work packages meet compliance, HSEQ, and quality standards.
* Develop smart work packaging strategies to optimise resources and customer outcomes.
* Promote the use of digital tools to improve planning efficiency.
* Act as an escalation point for complex planning issues or customer interface challenges.
Requirements
* Experience in electrical networks, project coordination, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in work planning and order management within the electricity supply industry.
* A sound understanding of construction, maintenance, scheduling, and network operations.
* Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, GIS tools, and other work management systems.
* Leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and build team capability.
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills.
