Regional Sales Director
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as Regional Sales Director.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving direct sales of our solutions within an assigned territory and named accounts. They will achieve or exceed sales targets by growing existing business and securing new accounts.
This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings deep expertise in networking and/or security sales.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive direct sales of our solutions within an assigned territory and named accounts.
* Achieve or exceed sales targets by growing existing business and securing new accounts.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans and territory coverage strategies.
* Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in our CRM system.
* Leverage internal and external data sources to prioritize and plan sales efforts.
Requirements:
* Successful direct sales experience in networking, cybersecurity, or a related space.
* Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
* Experience using our CRM system; highly disciplined in pipeline management and forecasting.
