THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to rapid growth and market potential at SkyRidge, we’re seeking an experienced Senior New Home Sales Consultant with a strong business development mindset. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive environment and is ready to help lead the charge in a high-end, design-led village.

YOUR IMPACT
You won’t just be waiting for display traffic – you’ll be actively prospecting, networking, and building relationships with premium buyers across Broadbeach, Burleigh and surrounding areas.
You'll:
* Guide customers from enquiry through to contract, delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience
* Proactively execute local area marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing department
* Manage and convert your pipeline using HubSpot CRM
* Build referral and developer networks to drive brand awareness and land opportunities
* Champion Simonds’ as an innovator in design and affordability
ABOUT YOU
* 2+ years’ experience in new home sales or construction
* Exposure to KDRB or high-end developments highly advantageous
* Strong business development and networking skills – you’re a self-starter who thrives without relying solely on walk-ins
* Proven ability to exceed KPIs and sales targets
* Customer-first mindset with polished presentation and communication skills
* Familiar with HubSpot or CRM platforms (Salesforce experience also valuable)
* Must be available weekends and public holidays
* Vehicle and current driver’s licence required
