Aboriginal Assistant Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with the Aboriginal community and key stakeholders.
* Manage a team in service delivery and programs ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
* Supervise staff in delivering intervention and facilitating youth justice conferences.
Requirements:
* Recognised tertiary qualifications (diploma or higher) in social work, welfare, psychology, criminology, education or related field or relevant experience.
* A current Driver's Licence.
* Current NSW Working with Children Check clearance.
