Administrative Support Specialist
This role combines administrative and customer service skills to provide seamless support for dental clients.
* Manage client cases in the Laboratory Management System with accuracy.
* Liaise with dentists and technicians to confirm details and instructions.
* Prepare and dispatch completed dental cases, ensuring timeliness.
* Plan daily delivery routes and manage incoming/outgoing deliveries.
* Hold a current driver's licence for delivery coordination duties.
* Generate invoices, quotations, and workflow reports.
* Answer phones, manage emails, and handle client enquiries professionally.
Requirements
* Experience working in dental surgery administration is highly beneficial.
* Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in administration and customer service.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confident communication.
* Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and be proactive.
* Australian citizenship is required.
