We are seeking an experienced and motivated Faculty Engagement Officer who brings initiative, exceptional organisational capability, meticulous attention to detail, outstanding stakeholder management skills and a commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
About The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, The Faculty Engagement Officer plays a critical role in coordinating the organisation's Faculties and Networks, ensuring their smooth and effective operation. You will provide operational and administrative support across a diverse portfolio of gastroenterology, hepatology, health professional and business initiatives

Key Accountabilities will include but not limited to:
* Stakeholder & Committee Support (represent the organisation at relevant meetings, events and external activities as required)
* Administration & Documentation
* Project Coordination & Delivery
* Reporting & Data Management
* Continuous Improvement & Compliance
About you
This role is a fast- paced and has responsibilities that requires a broad range of demonstrated skills experience and knowledge:
* Demonstrated work experience in the health sector, preferably with a background in health or biological sciences
* Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
* Demonstrated advanced oral, written and visual communication skills.
* Skills to implement committee governance through the provision of clear administrative guidance, taking accurate notes of meetings, ensuring that committees and members receive all necessary governance documentation and communications in a timely manner
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite tools
* Flexibility to attend faculty and key stakeholder meetings after hours
* Experience working in a gastroenterology, medical or healthcare organisation (desirable)
