As we continue to evolve, we are looking for an experienced Group Learning & Development Manager to lead our organisational capability and drive impactful learning outcomes at scale.
This is a key leadership role operating at a strategic, innovative and future focused level, responsible for the design, delivery and performance of group wide L&D; solutions. You will lead a team of skilled practitioners, oversee core L&D; systems and programs (including mandatory compliance training), and partner closely with the business to drive uplift, learning culture and skill growth across RAC.
This role is offered on a Full Time, 12month Maximum Term contract and works between our Joondalup and West Perth offices, as well as options to work from home.
What you will be doing:
- Lead, inspire and develop a high performing team of L&D; professionals.
- Shape and execute the RAC wide L&D; Strategy.
- Oversee the design, development and delivery of end-to-end learning solutions for a diverse and remote workforce.
- Use data insights, business trends and foresight to identify future learning requirements.
- Ensure consistent application of learning frameworks, tools and technologies, including the effective use of Workday.
- Oversee mandatory training compliance and reporting, ensuring accuracy, governance and visibility.
- Plan and manage resources across multiple workstreams and strategic projects.
- Conduct organisational learning needs analysis and shape capability interventions.
- Drive continuous improvement, efficiency gains and scalable learning solutions.
- Build strong relationships with leaders across RAC to deeply understand capability needs.
- Partner with project teams on L&D; deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Provide input into the L&D; budget — ensuring smart investment, value delivery and business return.
What you’ll bring
- Significant leadership experience in L&D;, including team development and coaching.
- Proven capability in designing, implementing and evaluating learning programs.
- Strong knowledge and application of up-to-date learning technologies and LMS systems.
- Demonstrated experience delivering L&D; initiatives and organisational projects.
- Curious, strategic, commercially aware and energised by growth and transformation.
- A leader who builds trust, collaborates widely, drives results and develops people for success.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or Cert IV TAE is desirable
