Early Intervention Mental Health Clinician
The primary objective of this role is to provide timely and effective interventions to support the mental health and wellbeing of young people.
* This position involves working closely with individuals aged 12-25 who are experiencing mental health issues, as well as their families and carers.
* You will possess exceptional communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, in addition to a comprehensive understanding of diverse cultures and community needs.
* The successful applicant will have tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or Occupational Therapy, and current NSW Working with Children Check, First aid & CPR certificate, and be willing to undertake a pre-employment functional medical.

* To engage in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices, research, and emerging trends in early intervention mental health.
What You Will Need:
* A strong academic background in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy.
* Current certification in NSW Working with Children Check, First aid & CPR.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
