Amaroo Care Services Inc is seeking a Strategic Projects & Change Manager to join our team in Gosnells on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Projects & Change Manager to join Amaroo Care Services on a 12 month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.

This role will lead and coordinate a portfolio of strategic projects across Amaroo's residential care, home care, retirement village and corporate service environments. The role is suited to a hands‐on project and change management professional who can translate strategic intent into clear project plans, engage diverse stakeholders, and embed sustainable change across frontline and corporate teams.

You will work closely with the Executive Management Team, operational leaders, clinical teams, corporate services and external partners to deliver projects that support aged care reform, service integration, operational improvement, governance, workforce readiness and digital/process transformation.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Project Delivery
* Turn strategy into delivery plans and outcomes.
* Manage timelines, risks, and resources.
* Prepare business and board materials.
* Drive integration and improvement across services.
Change Management & Business Readiness
* Develop change plans.
* Assess impacts and readiness.
* Deliver communications and training.
* Prepare teams, embed change.
* Track benefits and review outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Lead workshops and decision making meetings.
* Build trust in complex, regulated environments.
* Communicate clearly across stakeholder groups.
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and governance.
* Identify and elevate risks and impacts.
* Maintain project documentation and records.
* Promote accountability and continuous improvement.
About You

You are an experienced project and change professional with a strong delivery mindset, sound judgement and the ability to work credibly across executive, operational and frontline environments.

You will bring:

* Demonstrated experience delivering strategic projects, transformation initiatives or operational improvement programmes.
* Strong change management capability, including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption planning.
* Experience in aged care, healthcare, community services, human services, disability, government or another regulated service environment.
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities and ambiguity.
* Strong governance, reporting, risk and issue management skills.
* Excellent facilitation, communication and influencing capability.
* Practical, collaborative and hands‐on working style.
* High integrity and a commitment to resident/client‐centred outcomes.
Highly Regarded
* Experience in aged care reform, quality standards, Support at Home, residential aged care operations or clinical/business systems implementation.
* Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, MSP or equivalent and/or change management certification such as Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent.
* Experience in preparing executive reports, board papers or business cases.
