Responsibilities
* Providing expert cost management services.
* Delivering construction / fit-out projects for a key national client.
* Preparing cost plans, bills of quantities, and cost estimates.
* Managing procurement strategies, tender reviews, and contract administration.
* Delivering accurate cost reporting and risk analysis to ensure project success.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve client objectives.
Requirements
1. A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. MRICS preferred.
3. Pre-contract and post-contract deliverable experience.
4. A minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience, ideally within the construction or property sectors.
5. Ability to lead a small team.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
8. A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for continuous learning.
