Duties
* Review building permit applications for compliance
* Conduct mandatory & non-mandatory inspections
* Carry out fire safety audits and detailed reports
* Assess and report on essential safety measures
* Manage applications and liaise with clients & councils
Skills & Experience
* Experience in managing building permit applications
* Tertiary qualification in Building Surveying (min. Adv. Diploma)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Integrity, work ethic, and customer focus
* 2–5 years' experience in a similar role (residential or broader)
