As part of a collaborative team, you will mentor junior members, ensure a safe work environment, and manage all activities to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Success in this role requires strong collaboration and relationship-building with sub-contractors and the team, focusing on achieving the best results. Additionally, you'll help develop junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them in best practices for their career growth.

Key Skillset Required:

* Solid and proven understanding of structures, steel, fit-out, finishes and services in a site supervision capacity
* Prior site experience on mid to large-scale commercial construction projects across the full project lifecycle
* In-depth knowledge of building and construction Trades, supported by experience or qualifications

We welcome applications from people of all genders, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, culturally diverse communities, LGBTQIA+ communities, people with disability, and veterans.

You don't need to meet every requirement to be considered so if this role sparks your interest and you want to help build a better future, we'd like to hear from you. We're committed to a barrier‑free recruitment experience. If you need any adjustments, simply let our Talent Acquisition team know.
