Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain key customer relationships with existing and prospective customers.
* Influence business strategy and develop the annual new work booked plan.
* Lead proposal development efforts and coordinate with technical, commercial, and legal teams.
* Build prospect pipelines that deliver sustainable, predictable profitability.
* Develop and manage teaming relationships and pricing strategies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant business, commercial, legal, engineering, or construction discipline.
* Demonstrated previous experience performing job responsibilities in the engineering and construction industry.
* Major project experience and ability to communicate challenges to stakeholders.
