Commercial Capability Specialist – Construction
We are seeking a Commercial Capability Specialist – Construction to design and deliver a construction contract management training program for sustaining capital teams.
The focus is on strengthening overall commercial excellence.
The role combines stakeholder engagement, content development, training delivery, and practical contract support.
You will work closely with commercial and improvements teams to uplift capability across both office and site-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on program content.
Design and develop practical training modules for construction contract management.
Deliver training sessions across broad key stakeholder audiences.
Apply construction contract expertise to support complex commercial issues as required.
Work collaboratively to embed best practices and drive commercial capability uplift.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Strong knowledge of construction contract management and post-award practices.
Experience designing and delivering training programs, with visual content creation skills.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
Project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, including site settings.

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.
