The Role
We're looking for a Media Buyer / Digital Media Executive with strong digital foundations to join a growing media team.
Working closely with senior leadership, and in-house creative team, you'll manage media campaigns for leading property clients and gain hands-on exposure to large-scale, high-impact advertising campaigns.
This is an ideal role for someone with 1–2 years' Media Buyer experience who wants to deepen their digital media expertise within a specialist property agency.
Responsibilities
Manage an existing portfolio of property and real estate clients.
Develop digital-first media plans, supported by print where required.
Respond to client briefs with clear, well-structured media schedules.
Book, manage, and optimise media campaigns across their full lifecycle.
Liaise with media publishers to gather insights, negotiate rates, and improve performance.
Produce monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time with the support of a Media Coordinator.
Manage invoicing through the agency accounting system.
Build strong internal and external relationships.
Attend Melbourne-based training sessions and team events (approximately quarterly).
What We're Looking For
1–2 years' experience in a media buying role (agency experience preferred).
Strong experience across digital media channels.
Understanding of performance-led media and campaign optimisation.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Looker Studio and Google Analytics is advantageous.
A proactive, collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
