About the role
The Smile In Style dental practice is seeking a talented and experienced Dentist to join our team on a permanent basis on Mondays and every second Friday. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your clinical expertise to our growing dental practice in Sunbury, VIC. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and high-quality dental care to our diverse patient base.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations to diagnoses and identify oral health issues
- Develop and implement customised treatment plans to address patient needs
- Perform a range of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and cosmetic treatments
- Have access to high tech equipment such as Kavo Dental chairs, a CBCT machine, Prime Scan, CEREC, Piezo, Lightwalker Dental Laser, Straumann Implant set up
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Collaborate with and refer to the broader dental team to ensure seamless patient care
- Adhere to all relevant industry regulations and safety standards
What we're looking for
- Degree in Dentistry and current AHPRA registration
- Australian work rights are required for this position
- Minimum 4 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical dental setting
- Excellent technical and clinical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends
