Job Title: Contract Administrator
Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading design-build company in Sydney, Australia.
* The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and collate tender documentation, including award;
* Develop subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules;
* Assist with progress claims and external variations;
* Review, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts;
* Manage and track project expenditure, including subcontractor claims;
* Administer RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants;
* Administer the project HSE system.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia;
* Familiarity with fit-out and refurbishment projects preferred;
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management;
* Demonstrated experience delivering commercial projects across NSW;
* Knowledge of the NSW construction market and subcontractors;
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
