Compensation$125,000 - $175,000 depending on overall sales department performance and individual finance contributions.

Responsibilities
Handle finance customer paperwork accurately and promote after-sales products.
Hire, train, and develop a team of automotive salespeople.
Coach salespeople on closing deals and provide mentorship to improve performance.
Set sales goals, monitor progress, and lead the team to meet and exceed quotas.
Oversee the sales BDC team and monitor their performance.
Explain product features, performance, and benefits to customers.
Describe optional equipment and products available for purchase.
Perform professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
Overcome objections, close sales, and follow all sales process steps per company standards.
Support and train sales staff and assist in closing deals.
Qualifications
Previous dealership and management experience is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for training employees.
High energy and enthusiasm during sales activities.
Goal-oriented with a friendly demeanor, especially in negotiations.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
