Our Fitness Vending Division is experiencing rapid growth and supplies to thousands of Gyms and Fitness and Wellness customers across Australia. We market and distribute many of the most recognised and best sports nutrition brands and products available in the market. Our Fitness Vending customer portal showcases over 70 brands and 700+ sports nutrition products
We are currently looking for a motivated business development professional to join our team. This new role is a Full-Time position, based in Tullamarine and will involve regular customer-related travel.
About the role
Your primary role is to drive sales and revenue by growing the number of Fitness Vending customers through effective new customer acquisition, reducing customer churn and maximising retention of existing customers. The successful applicant will be self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
The role will be responsible for the following:
 * Developing direct sales, customer acquisition and retention strategies
 * Researching, identifying and prospecting new customers
 * Outbound customer calling, communication and visits
 * Leveraging digital marketing, awareness building and lead generation campaigns
 * Supporting key account and customer Head Office relationships
 * Customer conference support, organisation and attendance
 * Handling inbound customer enquiries
 * New customer set up and onboarding
 * Customer order processing
 * Customer liaison and troubleshooting customer order issues

The successful applicant will possess the following:

Relevant qualifications include Certificate in Business Administration or Tertiary education.
