Overview
Production Manager (Exhibition Industry) – Location: Balmain, Sydney. Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Office Based & some on-site Travel).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple exhibition projects end-to-end, including quoting, planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Oversee on-site installs, builds, AV, signage, and client handovers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, venues, and organisers to ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop job scopes, integrate quotes into budgets, and secure approvals.
What We’re After
- Proven experience in the exhibition industry (or related fields such as events, media, or building).
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident handling multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a practical, solutions-first mindset.
- Flexibility for interstate travel and occasional weekend work during event periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Start Date: As soon as possible (ideally November/December 2025).
