Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Team Leader to join our esteemed dining team. As Sous Chef, you will assume leadership over your team, guiding them in the kitchen and overseeing all training.
This role involves working closely with the Head Chef, having oversight of all aspects of the business and influencing change, growth, and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
 * 5+ years of experience in a quality restaurant or pub
