As our Marketing Specialist, you'll work across a variety of channels with clear ownership areas, supported by a team of specialists who collaborate openly and back each other. Overview
This is a 12-month max-term full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia.
What You'll Do
* Plan and execute campaigns across priority channels - focusing on programmatic video (including YouTube) and supporting DOOH and digital audio to drive brand and growth.
* Own partnerships activity end‐to‐end; create and brief partners, manage timelines and assets so work lands on time and on brand, and report on relevant metrics that realise effective marketing goals.
* Advocate for, design and lead martech initiatives to unlock new marketing capabilities with the support of relevant cross-business leads.
* Lead budget reconciliation and campaign reporting, translating performance into clear insights and practical next steps.
* Collaborate within a lean, agile team that embraces experimentation—thinking, testing, adapting and learning to continually improve outcomes.
* Contribute ideas beyond execution, spotting opportunities to lift effectiveness across channels and ways of working.
What You'll Bring
* Media planning and campaign management experience with GMP suite, particularly with DV360 YouTube campaigns.
* Data-driven with strength in performance reporting and budget management, and a practical, insight‐to‐action mindset.
* Agency background and in‐house experience welcomed and valued, with challenger or D2C brand experience as a bonus.
* A growth mindset with a test‐and‐learn approach. Comfortable trying new ideas and iterating quickly in a lean environment.
* Proactive, initiative‐led style with strong collaboration skills across creatives, copy and channel specialists.
* Ability to influence cross-business leads and advocate for marketing initiatives to be prioritised.
