We're a modern community-focused club offering a relaxed local atmosphere, built around our vibrant Bistro, Bottle Shop and Beer Garden—the heart of our venue. Open 7 days a week, we serve a generous menu featuring regularly rotating chef's specials, backed by an extensive selection of draught beers, cocktails, and carefully curated drinks.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced environment
* Assisting with menu preparation and daily specials
* Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
* Working collaboratively with team to deliver high-quality meals
* Support the kitchen during busy service times
What we're looking for
* Experience on the grill, pots and pans
* Ability to work with an apprentice
* Ability to work on your own
* A responsible attitude and commitment to food safety standards
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Willingness to learn and take on new skills
