The Position:Reporting directly to the Development Manager, your primary focus will be a newly acquired commercial, high rise asset in South Melbourne along with a portfolio of industrial assets: Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial properties across Melbourne Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, tenants, and key stakeholders.
Manage all aspects of lease agreements, reviews, and tenancy negotiations Oversee repairs, maintenance, and capital works projects Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and outgoings reconciliations Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all managed assets The Company: You will be joining a privately owned Melbourne-based property group, who specialise in the development, management, and growth of premium industrial and commercial properties.
