We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated group of 4, delivering high-end cabinetry projects from concept to completion.
About the Role
As a Cabinet Maker, you will be involved in both factory manufacturing and on-site installations. You will be responsible for producing and assembling premium cabinetry, ensuring quality workmanship, and guiding junior apprentices. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture and assemble high-quality cabinetry in the factory
* Install cabinetry on-site with precision and care
* Read and interpret detailed plans and drawings
* Work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
* Provide guidance and support to junior apprentices
* Troubleshoot and problem-solve during manufacturing and installation
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Skills & Experience
* Qualified Cabinet Maker with at least 5 years' post-apprenticeship experience
* Strong knowledge of cabinetry assembly, joinery techniques, and finishes
* Experience in both factory-based manufacturing and on-site installation
* Ability to work unsupervised while maintaining high standards of workmanship
* Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior team members
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong time management and organisational skills
