Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and processes aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

* Lead change and communications programs to embed new frameworks and ways of working, ensuring continuous improvement and culture development.

* Administer and maintain our risk management framework, including tracking progress and reporting to management, executives, and the board.

* Collaborate with various teams and departments to integrate risk management into business processes.

* Design and deliver training programs to enhance our risk posture and promote a culture of risk awareness.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 5+ years of experience in risk and compliance within medium-large corporates or consulting firms.

* A strong understanding of risk and compliance frameworks and governance programs.

* Excellent project planning and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

* Critical thinking and influencing skills to drive positive engagement and deliver real value.
">
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both written and verbal.
