As a member of the Bureau's Community Services Group (CSG) and in close connection with the ROBUST program, the Applications and Business Processes Integration Specialist will work with multidisciplinary teams of meteorological, hydrological, and climatological specialists transforming CSG's operations and delivering impact and value to the Bureau's customers, partners and stakeholders.
The Applications and Business Processes Integration Specialist will report to the Manager, Applications and Business Process Integration, and will work with them to oversee and coordinate the:
- product and service decisions associated with the new solutions
- operational impacts of the new solution, products and services
- product consolidation and business simplification initiatives
- migration of customers from current products and services to new products and services
- embedding of the transformation programs into CSG operations and manage completion activities and hand-over activities
- continuous improvement CSG-wide process improvement initiatives
