Ours is a culture built over 50 years, and it’s the reason for our continued success.We are looking for an experienced Operational Services Manager to join our growing Heavy Lift business and lead Project Delivery and Service teams including, Maintenance, Field Service and Rigging Stores across Australia.Our specialist Heavy Lift division operates as an integrated team, supporting both our construction and maintenance businesses, while also delivering comprehensive heavy lifting and shifting services directly to our external clients.Reporting to the Operations Manager - Heavy Lift, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting our Heavy Lift team across a range of areas, including operational projects, maintenance support, internal process improvement, and system implementation. Provide leadership to the project team demonstrating excellence in personal interaction, employee engagement, employee relations and teamwork.* Foster and manage relationships with customers. Seek to build new business opportunities.* Act as a senior liaison across operations and support functions, driving effective communication and alignment* Lead a team responsible for managing and maintaining all Plant & Equipment across Australia and recognised by operations as responsive and effective at the delivery of required business outcomes and recognised as trusted sources of advice.* Ensure industry leading compliance and quality standards are maintained across our fleet and through our rigging business.* Lead the development of maintenance systems and processes to streamline our activities and reduce in field inefficiency.* Work closely with superintendents and internal clients to ensure the right information flows through to planning and mobilisation teams* Maintain your position as a subject matter expert by keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments within the fields of resource and equipment management, using this knowledge to proactively identify business problems and recommend optimal solutions.What you’ll bring:Trade or Tertiary Engineering Qualification is highly desirable with strong commercial acumen and analytical abilities.* You will need experience within a similar role with strong commercial acumen and analytical abilities and budget ownership experience.* Excellent people skills, with demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to facilitate collaboration between teams, whilst working autonomously.* Experience of Maintenance systems, Field Service and parts management.* Experience working with mobile/crawler cranes, trucks and specialised equipment.* Previous experience in the Resources/Mining Industry will be beneficial* Proof of rights to work in AustraliaLife at MonadelphousThere’s lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
