The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Plant Mechanic to step into a Machine Rebuild Team Leader role and help lead our machine rebuild operations into 2026 and beyond. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you'll guide a skilled team through complete machine overhauls, setting the benchmark for safety, quality, and delivery.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows their gear, backs their people, and takes pride in doing the job right, every time.
