Certificate Review and Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Certificate Review and Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing customer applications for digital certificates, providing customer support and ensuring that customer applications meet our security requirements and policies.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of policy guidelines and procedures, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment, multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, and utilize local knowledge of their supported country to mitigate risk while evaluating enrolments.

In this role, you will be required to:
* Review and process customer applications for digital certificates, ensuring that they meet our security requirements and policies.
* Provide customer support via chat, email and phone, assisting customers with any queries regarding their application.
* Work with the customer to ensure their applications meet our security requirements.
* Continually look for ways to improve our operational effectiveness, including researching databases to assist us verify information.
* Be the voice of the customer and raise issues which impact customer satisfaction.


Additionally, you will be expected to have excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese, as well as experience in a policy / compliance role. Key Requirements:
* Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin is essential and Cantonese is beneficial)
* Excellent written and oral communication in native language and any language listed on CV (including English)
* Diploma or bachelor's degree desirable, but not required
* Experience in a policy / compliance role an advantage (banking, finance, fraud etc.)
