Real Estate Sales Representative Opportunity
This is an excellent chance to join a dynamic sales team servicing the local market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing buyer enquiries, conducting timely follow-ups and nurturing leads throughout the campaign. They will also support listing campaigns by preparing high-quality marketing materials and coordinating open homes and inspections.
* Assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and networking activities.
* Manage essential administrative tasks including CRM updates and document preparation.
* Accompany agents to listing presentations and key client meetings.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients and a genuine willingness to learn. They must also have a positive attitude and resilience to thrive in this role.
Key requirements include a current NSW Certificate of Registration, at least 12 months experience within a real estate sales team and full-time availability Monday to Saturday. A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are also necessary.
