Role Overview
This is a Travel Consultant role, focusing on promoting holiday packages, flights, hotels, cruises, tours and travel insurance to customers.
As a Retail Travel Sales Consultant, you will utilize your exceptional customer service skills to share your knowledge of global destinations and passion for travel with customers face to face and online.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote holiday packages, flights, hotels, cruises, tours and travel insurance
* Build relationships with customers managing new enquiries, quotes, itineraries, amendments and cancellations
* Facilitate domestic & international travel bookings and payments between travellers & suppliers using Amadeus GDS
* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, cross selling & up selling of travel products
* Manage travel credits, refunds and changes
* Attend sales meetings to achieve targets & KPIs
* Attend industry events such as supplier product updates, ship inspections and travel expos
