MACA Mining are on the lookout for experienced Blast Hole Drillers to join the team at Karlawinda Gold Project, located just outside Newman.
As a Driller at Karlawinda, you'll be behind the controls of Epiroc T45 rigs, working as part of a solid and steady crew that keeps production moving. This is a long-life, established operation, the kind of site where you can settle in, find your rhythm and know you've got ongoing work with a company that backs its people.
On a 2:1 roster from Perth, you'll enjoy consistent swings, great camp facilities and the support of a team that values safety, mateship and doing the job right.

Key responsibilities:
- Drill holes to the right depth and angle as per the drill plan
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and report any equipment issues
- Adjust drilling based on ground conditions
- Follow all safety rules and site procedures
- Demonstrate knowledge of ground conditions and drilling techniques
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a production mining open pit environment
- Current Manual WA drivers licence
- HR licence advantageous
