About the Role
Based at our Toyota and Isuzu UTE dealership in Muswellbrook, you'll play a key leadership role in the Service Department, supporting daily operations while mentoring and guiding the front-of-house and workshop teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, influencing outcomes, and driving both customer experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the day-to-day leadership of the Service Department, ensuring a seamless customer journey
· Lead, mentor and motivate service reception and workshop teams
· Coordinate bookings, workflow, job costing and scheduling to maximise efficiency and recovery
· Assist with warranty processing in line with manufacturer requirements
· Monitor KPIs, budgets and service targets, driving continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
· Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager within a dealership or independent workshop environment
· Strong leadership capability with excellent communication skills
· Customer-first mindset with sound commercial awareness
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail
· Current, valid manual transmission driver's licence
