Join to apply for the Hub Support Consultant role at Healthcare Australia.
Healthcare Australia (HCA) is a major provider of healthcare services across Australia, including allied health, primary care, recruitment, NDIS, care services, and training.
Are you a fast learner, tech-savvy, and thrive in high-volume admin environments? We’re hiring two Resourcing Support Consultants to join our National Hub Support Team at Healthcare Australia’s Brisbane office.
This is not your typical recruitment role — it’s heavily focused on administration, applicant screening, and providing business-critical support. You'll play a behind-the-scenes role in keeping our operations moving nationally, especially during peak periods or internal staffing gaps.
If you're highly organised, adaptable, and detail-obsessed, this is your opportunity to make a real impact across multiple teams.
Your new role
The National Hub Support Team is central to HCA’s operations and workforce delivery across Australia. You’ll be jumping in where needed to:
- Provide administrative support and candidate screening for recruitment and allocation teams
- Ensure compliance and credentialing is complete and accurate
- Support internal business teams during staff absences or busy periods
- Help coordinate workforce logistics and operational tasks
- Contribute to national projects within the Workforce Services Division
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone with a passion for admin, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work at speed while juggling multiple priorities.
Let's talk about you
As a Hub Support Consultant you’ll have proven recruitment experience, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to manage multiple client and candidate needs while delivering excellent results.
- Strong administration or resourcing experience (preferably in recruitment or healthcare)
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Confident navigating systems, databases, and digital tools

- Clear communicator and proactive team player
- Recruitment and/or Allocations expertise – ideally, you have experience in one or both

- Resilient & solution-focused – you thrive under pressure and love a challenge
- Great communicator & team player – building strong relationships is key

This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to different areas of the business, develop a broad skill set, and make a meaningful impact across multiple teams.
