We are looking for a dedicated hospitality professional for a Duty Manager position at the Bank hotel in East Maitland
Reporting to the licensee the successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Knowledge of all pub operations including food beverage and gaming
* The ability to successfully lead, train and develop a team to achieve the very best in service and standards whilst on shift.
* Experience with TAB, Keno and Poker Machine operating and reconciling essential.
* Current RSA & RCG & ARCG
* The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and to be able to produce daily takings reports.
* Be knowledgeable on the relevant Liquor, Gaming, Licensing requirements.
* Work well under pressure, with the ability to multitask.
The ideal candidate will have experience in demonstrating a pro-active approach to strive for superior customer relations combined with a passion to deliver continuous improvement in service standards and processes.
