Requirements:
* Post-Graduate Qualification: Hold a post-graduate qualification in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent.
* Advanced Life Support Certification: Possess Advanced Life Support/Paediatric Life Support Certification.
* Leadership Experience: Have experience in a leadership position, with a proven track record of success.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and patients.
