We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join a high-performing team driving the successful implementation of a new payroll system as part of a Payroll Replacement Project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities across HR, Payroll and HRMIS transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to understand current workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
Document business requirements, process maps, and functional specifications.
Support the implementation of HR for Dynamics and other HRIS platforms.
Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to elicit and validate business requirements.
Translate high-level business concepts into actionable technical workplans.
Document business processes using BPMN and BABOK-aligned frameworks.
Support UAT planning, defect management, and production rollout activities.
Provide expert advice on system options and enhancements to meet business needs.
Key Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in HR, ERP, or payroll-related projects.
Strong understanding of BABOK methodologies and BPMN process mapping.
Proficient in data analysis using Excel, SQL, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Exceptional documentation skills – BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, UAT scripts.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
Experience working in Agile environments and supporting change management initiatives.
