About the Role
* Diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing issues, including blocked drains, leaks, and damaged fixtures
* Carry out scheduled maintenance and preventative work to ensure the smooth operation of plumbing systems
* Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide professional advice on plumbing solutions
* Comply with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work completed
* Support the wider team as needed to deliver exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For
* Fully qualified plumber with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance or repair role
* Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
* Customer-focused approach with the ability to provide clear, professional advice
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
