We are a growing accounting and financial planning firm located in North Wyong on the Central Coast, committed to delivering exceptional client service within a professional yet relaxed working environment. We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office and a key part of our administrative team.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and professional impression of our firm. Working closely with our existing administration team, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and enquiries.
- Managing staff calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Handling office correspondence and preparing meeting materials.
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area.
- Preparing refreshments for clients and staff.
- Assisting with general administrative duties as required.
About You
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
Additional Information
Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
A six-month probationary period will apply.
