Join our dedicated team atBunbury Regional Hospital as a Clinical Nurse Manager for ourPaediatric Ward, a 12-bed facility that plays a crucial role indelivering exceptional care to young patients. In this pivotalrole, you will coordinate services, operations, and resourceseffectively, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical andmedical services that meet the needs of the local community. As aClinical Nurse Manager, you will be integral to providing clinicalleadership, developing systems for service efficiency, andfostering collaborative relationships with variousstakeholders.

KeyResponsibilities:

* Participate in theclinical roster and provide leadership and governance for thePaediatric Ward and its team.
* Developand implement systems and processes to measure theeffectiveness and efficiency of services provided.
* Buildand maintain working relationships with care providers andstakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Ensurethe effective management and delivery of hospital services inaccordance with budget and quality requirements.
* Conductresearch and prepare detailed reports and strategies for localhealth service planning.

IdealCandidate:

* Provenexperience in managing a Paediatric Ward, focusing onfinancial, staffing, and clinical resourcemanagement.
* Strongleadership skills with experience in facilitating complexchange management processes.
* Thoroughunderstanding of current public sector health system issues,particularly in regional and rural contexts.
* Exceptional verbal,written, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with theability to engage a variety of stakeholders.
* Excellent analytical andproblem-solving abilities with a track record of deliveringinnovative solutions.
* Familiarity withcontemporary quality and risk management principles along withcurrent legislative and regulatoryrequirements.
