Job Description
What you will be doing:
1. Lead and supervise Food & Beverage service within the restaurant and bar, to ensure service standards are followed with a friendly, genuine and engaging experience
2. Prepare forecasts reports for the restaurant and roster staff accordingly
3. Assist the Restaurant Manager and Sommelier in purchasing, stock control and management
4. Ensure that standard operating procedures for Food & Beverage outlets are updated and followed
5. Assist to build and develop a high performing team by leading and mentoring with a collaborative, motivational and empowering approach
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
6. Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role, within high-end dining operations
7. Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service
8. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication
9. Availability across a variety of shifts, including lunch and dinner service periods, across week day, weekends and public holidays
10. Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
11. Full Australian working rights
12. A true love and passion for food, beverage and creating genuine memorable guest experiences
