Our modern Rockhampton meat processing facility is located in regional Queensland.
About the Role
Teys Australia is seeking qualified Mechanical Fitters to join the Facility Asset team. The role will be responsible for maintaining the Rockhampton processing plant and equipment and supporting the day-to-day production requirements of the business.
Teys Australia offers generous pay, employment stability, a lifestyle roster with career advancement opportunities, and more. Hour rate: $44.18 - $58.53.
Annual range: $91,000 - $121,000
About You
It is essential that you have the following:
* Trade qualification
* Medium/strong hydraulic experience (fault finding)
* Medium/strong pneumatic experience (fault finding)
* Experience in food processing plants under pressure conditions
* Welding skills in TIG, MIG, and ARC
* Experienced in overhauling pumps
* Fault finding package machines
* Current driver's license
