We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Delivery Agent to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role
* This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
* You will be responsible for safely navigating local neighbourhoods, picking and packing orders to the highest standard, and delivering them to customers' homes during the day or night.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas.
* Pick and pack orders to the highest standard, ensuring they are ready for delivery.
* Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any issues or concerns that may arise.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements:
* An Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record.
* The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas.
* Able to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
* Active and able to lift and carry groceries from the van to delivery points (may involve stairs).
