Due to strong and continued growth in our apprentice and trainee division over the past few years, we are now looking for a trainee recruiter to join our diverse and collaborative team.
**About the Role**
**Day to Day Duties and Responsibilities**
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- End to end recruitment
- Business Development
- Conducting interviews & reference checking
- Client Reporting
- Eligibility Checks with the AASN
- Travel to Client location for Interview and Assessment centres
**Skills and Experience Prefered**
- Human Resource Background or qualified
- Experience as a recruiter or sales background;
- Background in reverse marketing or upselling
- Experience in the GTO highly regarded
- Innate ability to build long-standing relationships in a competitive employment environment.
