About the Role

Reporting to the Executive Manager, People and Culture, as HR and Executive Administrator, you will be responsible for the administrative and process activities for People and Culture, as well as providing administrative support to the General Manager and other Executive Team members as required.

A day in the life of you in this role…

* Coordinate and participate in recruitment processes in consultation with Managers
* Managing the Employee Uniforms – ordering and allocations
* Taking a lead on new employee onboarding – ensuring new employee documentation is completed, coordinating new equipment and ensuring system set up
* Manage employee profiles in the payroll system through such activities as entering new employees into the system, amending employee profiles as required, undertaking payroll processing preparations, and training new employees on using the system to enter timesheets and leave applications
* Owning the employee recognition process
* Coordinating employee activities eg. Monthly team BBQs
* Proactively participating in Operational meetings to ensure accurate and timely minutes of meetings are recorded
* Work with the General Manager and Executive Team to identify and implement improvements to reporting
* Assist in the running of the office, with such activities stationery and kitchen orders, communications with external consultants regarding IT and communications
* Other duties as required to support the business

Ideal Candidate for this role:

* Must be confident in the use of various Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
* Must have previous experience in recruitment processes
* Current drivers licence
* Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to connect with people from all levels of an organisation
* Able to work efficiently on multiple activities
* A high level of integrity
