About the Role
Our Administration Team plays an important role in the day-to-day running of the school and is often the first point of contact for families, students and visitors. We are looking for someone who is professional, approachable and able to support the school office in a busy and positive environment.
The role includes a variety of administration and reception duties, supporting staff, students and families, while helping maintain the smooth operation of the school.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming students, families and visitors to the office
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails
* General administration tasks including filing, photocopying, laminating and data entry
* Assisting families with PAM access and school communication
* Managing student attendance processes and following up unexplained absences
* Providing basic first aid and supporting student medical needs
* Maintaining accurate records and confidentiality
* Supporting the wider administration team as required
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
* A professional, positive and approachable manner
* The ability to manage confidential information appropriately
* Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
* Marketing and social media skills are an advantage, or a willingness to learn

* National Police Check
* First Aid qualifications are desirable or willingness to obtain
