As a Services Assistant, you'll be a key part of our healthcare team, providing vital services that enhance patient comfort and well‑being. Your responsibilities will include preparing and delivering meals to clients, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring everything is fresh and organized through laundry duties. Every task you perform contributes directly to creating a supportive and caring atmosphere for patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide food and meal services to patients.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient and staff areas.
* Perform laundry duties to keep clothing and linens fresh.
* Support patient comfort and well‑being through attentive service.
Qualifications & Skills
* Basic knowledge of safe working conditions.
* Basic knowledge of Food Safety Standards.
* Basic knowledge of Infection Control Standards, including cleaning and sanitizing processes.
* Basic knowledge and commitment to customer service principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
* Understanding of the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act and risk management principles.

* DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check.
* National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups.
