About the Role
We are currently seeking 2 Production Team Members to join the Yatala crew on day shift. Whilst these roles are primarily a machine assistant on a DRO and Bobst Speciality Gluer, the successful incumbents may be required to assist with the operation of other machinery if deemed necessary and is appropriately skilled and assessed.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure strict adherence to working safely in accordance with site procedures and guidelines
* Ensure machine runs efficiently to maximise production time
* Undertake necessary quality checks in a thorough and timely manner, ensuring any issues are noticed promptly, and rectified immediately
* Support Management and fellow team members as required
About You
* A 'can do' attitude and be a self starter
* Demonstrated performance in current/previous role
* Ability to work as part of a team and efficiently without supervision
* Demonstrate adherence to company policies such as Code of Conduct, Respectful Workplace and Health & Safety
* A methodical approach to problem solving
* Good communication skills
* Drive for results – actively strives towards achieving team goals/targets, whilst identifying opportunities for improvement
* A robust focus on quality to ensure the best service for our customers
* Be adaptable in working and/or training to operate other machines within your skillset
