About the Role
As Head Vet Nurse, you'll work closely with our vets and management team to:
* Lead, support and mentor our nursing team
* Maintain high clinical and patient care standards
* Oversee daily nursing operations and workflows
* Be hands-on across surgery, anaesthesia, hospital care and client support
* Contribute to training, rostering and continuous improvement within the clinic
About You
* Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
* Previous leadership or senior nursing experience (highly regarded)
* Strong clinical skills and a calm, organised approach
* A positive, team-focused leader who leads by example
* Excellent communication and a genuine passion for patient care
